The AI score runs 1–5, higher is better.
5 = very strong fit (clear evidence they buy the kind of products BPS makes),
4 = good fit, 3 = possible, 2 = weak, 1 = loose guess.

Each card carries what SEMAR found in public sources — tenders won, job ads,
certification registries, news — plus what your own customers said. Open Findings on a card to see
the sources and to add what you heard in the field.

AI connection
Two keys, two jobs. The key is checked against the provider before it is saved (a free call, no
tokens), stored encrypted in SAS BPS, and never shown again; SEMAR recognises whether it is a Claude, Kimi, or
Kimi Code key. Paste only: the key cannot be revealed or copied out of the box.
AI for finding leads
Used by the lead scout and the competitor research. It must be able to search the web, so it has to be a Claude key or a pay-as-you-go Kimi key from platform.kimi.ai — a Kimi Code subscription key is refused here.

AI for writing and reading
Used for email drafts, reading replies, WhatsApp answers, and learning from your chats. Any key works here, including a Kimi Code subscription key. It never borrows the key above: leave it empty and these jobs stay switched off.

Budget and credit
AI cost is calculated from the tokens used. Enter the rates exactly as listed on
console.anthropic.com, then set a daily and a monthly cap. If a cap is passed and the switch below is
on, the agents stop by themselves until the cap is raised or the day rolls over.
Stop the agents when a cap is passed

Your profile
Your details
Your email address is your SAS BPS login and cannot be changed here. To change your password,
use Forgot Password on the SAS BPS sign-in page — SEMAR never handles passwords.
Opens SAS BPS with your address already filled in. Enter your mailbox password there and tick
both Outgoing and Incoming, then come back and refresh. SEMAR never asks for or stores your email
password — it only writes drafts and sends them from your mailbox once you approve.
Paste real conversations between BPS marketing and customers — WhatsApp exports, email
threads, or your own notes. SEMAR studies them and copies the way BPS answers: the tone, the usual
questions, and above all what BPS never promises. Remove phone numbers or names you would rather not
keep.

The writer agent, the reply reader, and the WhatsApp assistant all read this text before
they answer anyone. You may edit or delete any line you disagree with.
Customers the AI looks for
Fill this in so the AI knows exactly which customers to hunt for, and which facts it may
use when writing emails. Tick the quick choices below; the free-text boxes are read by the AI word

Outgoing email (SMTP)
The mailbox SEMAR sends from. Until this is filled in, Approve & send stays blocked and
drafts can only be copied out by hand. Saving logs in to the mail server first, so a wrong server, port, or
password is caught straight away. The password can only be typed in, never read back out.

Email attachments
Company profile, video, catalogue and other files shown in a neat “About PT Bintang Permata
Sejati” block at the end of every email, in the order below. Emails in Indonesian get Indonesian labels;
every other language gets English labels. Files are links that open without signing in; a PDF up to 5 MB can also
be attached for real. Videos are always links — for a large video paste a YouTube or Google Drive link.
Files can also be sent from the Telegram group (send the file with the caption “compro” and mention SIRA).

Who can use SEMAR
SEMAR is locked: only SAS BPS accounts registered here can sign in, whatever roles they hold in
SAS. Marketing see and work their own leads; Admin SEMAR can also change settings, budget, and this
list.

Registering also gives the account the Marketing SEMAR role in SAS BPS, so it can read the
marketing data. Passwords are never touched.
Connected channels
Which mailboxes and which WhatsApp number SEMAR is allowed to work with. Passwords and Meta
tokens are never stored here — they live in SAS BPS and in the server's env file.

WhatsApp credentials
From Meta Business (WhatsApp Business Platform) for the PT’s own number. Saved encrypted in
SAS BPS and only ever read by the WhatsApp service — never shown again here. Webhook address to paste in

Tell us what went wrong. Your account, the page you are on, the app version, and the last errors are
attached automatically, so a screenshot plus one sentence is usually enough.
